Carpet Cleaning

1. Hot Water Extraction

Truck mounted hot water extraction is the       industry standard for restoring heavily soiled   carpet to as close to its original state as possible.

The key is using enough hot water to thoroughly rinse the soil from the carpet while extracting the maximum amount of moisture out of the carpet.

This is accomplished using 200℉ water and high powered commercial vacuum blowers to greatly reduce dry times.

2. Encapsulation Cleaning

Carpets that are maintained on a scheduled bases are cleaned with a Very Low Moisture (VLM) System with specialized chemicals called Incapsulate Cleaners. This system dries extremely quickly and the chemicals dry to a crystal and are vacuumed away with regular vacuum maintenance.

Brown's Carpet Cleaning would take each job on a per case basis and make our recommendation for each unique job environment.

3. Upholstery

Upholstery is unique for each piece and must be examined to determined which method, if any, can be used to clean each piece.

4. Rugs

Rugs must be examined of a per case basis as well:

  • Natural Fiber rugs vs. Synthetic rug

  • Hard knotted vs. Machine made

  • Dye Fast vs. Loose Dyes

All of these and more must be considered before deciding on a method of cleaning.

5. Hard Floor Cleaning
